I really enjoyed learning from Rich!Rich is super cool, easy to talk to, patient, and supportive. I left Nashville a better drummer, and excited to now be playing in a local cover band for the first time!

I absolutely loved every minute of that day! I am more motivated to play and improve my drumming than EVER before!! Rich definitely inspired me like crazy! There's no stopping me now and I can't thank Rich enough for that!

Matthew has clearly made a choice to pursue his music career. He came away from Rich’s DRUMTENSIVE more mature, more excited and more committed than ever! He also came away a better person for a 12 year old. I think the fact that he was able to work with Rich and the other older drummers was a positive that allowed him to push his skills while also personally maturing.

In the 8 hours we spent together, the depth of percussion and drumming topics covered was intense! For those who are seriously seeking to take their playing and performance to the next level, I strongly encourage you to work with Rich. His course not only presented me the tools and information to improve my playing, but also my confidence.

Rich is a super person who genuinely has a burning desire to help others succeed. He's full of positive energy, very humble, loves God, and has tons of respect for others. As far as the session, Rich will want to know a lot about you as a person AND musician prior to the meeting. He wisely does this to help maximize the effectiveness of the session. During the session, he will point out your strengths to encourage you to enhance those. He will push to improve your reading (whatever your level is), show different and unique feels, help strengthen chops, rectify even the slightest technique issues, expose timing flaws, expand coordination and independence, and he'll guide you to learn how to enhance the music you're playing without going too far. And all this is just scratching the surface. After the session, you will be so much closer to where you need to be to achieve your musical and professional goals. I highly encourage anyone to do the Drumtensive session with Rich. It's an invaluable personal and professional investment!

My session with Rich Redmond was the most effective learning point in my drumming career thus far. I have never before obtained so much knowledge in such a short amount of time, with so much enthusiasm no less. His spirit and passion for teaching is so strong, you can’t help but feel completely hopeful, motivated, and most importantly EXCITED to further your own personal skills and drumming techniques- which is exactly how I felt leaving our session. He gave me great advice and guidance on how to personally advance from my current position, while directing me to certain books and techniques I should use in the future that he thought would fit my style and level of skill set in particular. Best session I ever had, hands down! 10/10 recommendation.

I had a blast working with Rich! I was looking to take my drumming to the next level in a way that would give me an edge as a musician.
